Rada [Radmila Jandrich] Neal began her life in a refugee camp in Germany, the daughter of two Yugoslavian refugees. Her family survived and her parents realized their dream of moving their family to a safe and prosperous environment, moving to Indiana in 1951.

She studied music at the ' School of Music'
@ Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.

Composing began later in life when she and her husband relocated from southern Ca. to Pagosa Springs, Co. The beauty of the town was an inspiration .

She had decided it was time to leave teaching responsibilities to another generation after having worked as a music instructor at a private school in San Diego for 23 years.

Rada has always loved playing the piano and she recognizes the journey as a bold and adventurous one. She has recorded 7 cds of original music and one cd of her personal Christmas arrangements.

All of her compositions are available in her songbooks. She continues to practice and write daily. This year she will be recording her 8th cd of original pieces
